How Tamarindo selects a market.
Ownership and enforceable customer rights come first. Financing permissions, tax, banking, currency exposure, entry cost and funded demand determine whether a market is viable.
These are candidate-market assessments, not completed launch approvals. Colombia is the proposed pilot.

Portfolio growth and operating earnings.
Year-6 projections from the reviewed workbook. The forecast covers 72 project months, including 3 setup months.
Proposed initial raise
$10M SAFE + $5M lease bridge
One campaign funds operations and the first leases, with separate SAFE and bridge rights. No funding is committed.
Projection and return basis
FinanceCo’s 9.66% coupon is distinct from its 8.76% projected IRR. That IRR includes modelled Colombian tax and an earned equity incentive, before U.S. entity income tax. Tax reductions are modelling assumptions, not enacted-law conclusions. Geographic allocation is a planning assumption. Projections are not guarantees.
